Battery Question

I charged my MBA to 100% this morning and unplugged. I left the lid opened, but didn't use it until 2 hours later. With no use at all, but with the lid up the battery fell to 64%. Is that normal? I assumed leaving the screen up but not using the comp, the comp would be in sleep mode and not waste battery???

Check your Energy Saver settings in System Preferences and check to see what apps were running. It most likely didn't go into sleep mode.
