Battery Replacement for 13"MBP, mid 2009

I want to replace my battery and I will need A1322 battery.
There are two types: 63.5Wh and 60Wh.
I know 60Wh is for mid 2009, but could I install 63.5Wh?
Since I believe 63.5Wh would have a longer battery life than 60Wh.
 
After reading some articles online, I believe 63.5 Wh and 60 Wh are interchangeable.
