iPhone 6(S)/Plus Battery replacement for I Phones

I see Apple are offering battery replacement for iPhones depending on in warranty or out of warrenty for I phones models does anyone have any other infomation do you take your iPhone on to a Apple store ?

I would take it to the Apple store if you have one close by. It can also be done through the mail and you would need to contact them for the details.
