I have found two versions of the A1322, both are rated for 10.95V and differ by 63Wh vs 60Wh. Can either one be used?

Perhaps the Service Battery error reported by Lion is a result of the software looking for 63Wh on the newer A1278 models vs 60Wh battery used on the previous models.

If your battery indicates "Service Battery", you should take it to Apple to have them check to see if it's defective.

The link below should answer most, if not all, of your battery/charging questions. If you haven't already done so, I highly recommend you take the time to read it.

Yea, I installed Lion and noticed the service battery icon. Previously with Snow it did not have this message. I have over 1000 cycles and still get a little over 3 hours of use out of the battery with light loads (have SSD).
