Battery replacement on mid-2014 13-inch

I'd like to get my battery replaced for my rMBP 13-inch model. It doesn't hold charge for more than 2 hours or so, or 3 at a stretch with low brightness etc.

Does Apple have a service of changing these batteries for a model as old as mine? I'm UK based; any prices would be appreciated.
