oes anyone know anything about the criteria Apple use for battery replacements.
I have an iPhone 7 plus purchased shortly after launch last Sep

As with previous devices I wanted to check my battery before the first year warranty expires (1st year replacements easy, in year 2 battery is harder). I had a feeling the battery was reducing in capacity.

Having said that tbh it looks ok. I got a mac a few weeks ago so just tried coconut battery which is showing:

Full charge capacity: 2778 mAh
Design Capacity: 2900 mAh
-> 95.8%
Cycle Count: 367

I'm assuming their limits will be below 80-85% or over somewhere between 500-750 cycles but that's entirely a guess!

I know I can get chat to do a remote check (apparently) or can do the same instore, but currently Im on the public beta, and it means a little jiggling around ... so I may as well check the obvious first!

A battery's capacity has to be under 80% for a warranty (or AppleCare+) replacement.
