Battery settings are different on uMBP

I've noticed that my uMBP doesn't have different battery settings like "best battery life" better performance" etc... I'm talking about the battery settings in the menu bar. See the pic below to see what I mean. On older MBPs the menu bar has the option to change the batter settings.

yea some people got it back with the 10.5.7 update. Unfortinatly i wasent one of them.

Its only on the old MacBook Pros, the unibodies dont get it

Does anybody know what changing the setting to "better battery life" actually did anyways? Did it underclock the GPU and CPU? Or did it just change the sleep settings?

Just changed the sleep settings.
