Brian Klug over at Anandtech has some information that he believes is reasonably accurate, based on Apple FCC filings. The 5S has about a 1570maH battery, and increase close to 10% over the Ip5 and the 5C has about a 1507maH battery.

Probably will help but having a few more spec upgrades, the battery needed to be improved to handle them.
