iPod touch Battery stuck (won't come out) of iPod Touch 4. Help?

I have never experienced this. Ever. The battery just won't budge. It starts to bend before coming out. What should I do?

Says the battery is soldered to the logic board.

It won't physically remove from the case. I know its soldered but the glue won't loosen for it to come out

Don't remove the battery, that's how I killed my iPod touch, it is soldered to the board.
