I'm not concerned at all, just curious. Have you ever recorded your battery temperature with CoconutBattery while charging with the 20W brick on your iPhone 15 Pro?
Mine gets to about 43C, charging from 15% at about 16-17W, and the phone gets randomly warm (not hot at all) on the opposite side of the battery where the logic board is.
What's your charging temperature?
