When i fully charge my iphone 4 the ''time since last full charge'' (settings->general->usage) works just fine. It gives the exact usage time and standby time.
But when my battery gets between 97 and 60 percent (its different every time) the usage and standby time resets itself. So you see a ''-'' icon like it never fully charged itself. And beneath it there is: ''usage time will be shown after iphone is fully charged''.

A few weeks ago i upgraded from 4.3.3(jailbroken and untethered) to ios 5.0.1 and then downgraded back to 4.3.3. I did this a couple of times. But the last time i downgraded to 4.3.3 this problem came into life. So recently i have this problem also on 4.3.3.
Yesterday i upgraded back to 5.0.1 (jailbroken and tethered) and now again i have this problem. When i downgrade or upgrade i always set my iphone as a new phone and i do not restore from a back up later on. I also have alot of functions ''off'' like location service etc. Only wifi or 3g and data are on.

I don't have alot of tweaks installed. Just sbsettings for notification center, dimmer and lockinfo. But again all these tweaks were on 4.3.3 where the usage time worked properly. So this problem just started without a installing something new on 4.3.3. Now i am on ios 5 and i have the same problem.

I have searched the net for solutions, but i cant find it anywhere. Nobody seems to know a fix for this.
Does anybody know what cause of the problem is and/or how to fix this ?
