Battery Usage not displaying

Hey does anyone know why my battery usage under settings and general is not showing up? just checked my usage but all i see is a hyphen for both usage and stand by time

You have to fully charge your iPhone before it will show. Sometimes if you respring your iPhone, the usages get reset to the dashes until it gets fully charged again.

When I install new tweaks from Cydia and it resprings I lose the usage time data. So I lose in track of the battery life I'm getting. Anybody know an app / tweak that displays the battery usage time?
