battery usage not showing on iPhone SE

Hello, i got still a frustating issue:
There aren't any battery stats on battery usage
I got this since the beginning and even after updating to iOS 10
I also restored my iPhone backup on my iPads: no issue at all, it works like a charm
Possibly an hardware issue?
