Hey guys,
Okay so my warranty for my battery expired 2 days ago (I didnt know)..so I take it in today because the battery is basically dead only to find out im going to have to pay 116.00 for a new battery
anyway, I was just wondering if anyone knew of any e-mail or service line maybe where I could speak with someone a bit higher up at apple and explain my situation. I just got back from college and there are no apple stores up where I am so this was my only time to take it....
any help is appreciated
