I have a problem with my macbook pro's (from 2007) battery. It won't charge. I have bought a new charger, a new battery but still the battery will not charge. When I shut down the computer, detach the battery and press the power button more than five seconds, the battery will began to charge. How to solve this problem?

Try resetting your PRAM and SMC.
