Not good. Have you been nearly fully discharging it? Avoid doing this. Otherwise, there is nothing you can do. It is not "faulty" according to Apple.
 
I TRY to wait till like 50% but sometimes forget so gets lower or I charge it over night that way when get up in AM for work it’s fully charged basically only use it for calls,texts, and some notifications that also have turned on my iPhone like from sports apps n weather nothing to major like my phone

Lower than 50% is fine. It is when you discharge to lower than about 10% to 20% that it starts to affect battery health more than normal.
Note that even if you do perfect charge cycles, the battery health will gradually decline. But it should not within just a few months.
Because SE does not have AOD, battery capacity is not as important, if that makes you feel any better. If you charge every night and don't use it for sleep tracking, you should be fine.
