BB 04.11.08 Unlock

I know I'm a newbie, but I just saw this posted on "unlockboot.com":

Does anyone know if this is legit/works?

This would be great since many people want their iPhone 4 that are on BB 04.11.08 to be unlocked.

It does not work because there are no BB 4.11.8 unlocks that exist.
