BB to 4S Contacts

Hi i have a iPhone 4S on a new network. How to i transfer my contacts. Dont really want them to sync through iCloud etc.

Ive gone from a Blackberry Curve 8520 to a iPhone4S.

I remember there was a program that my friend used a few weeks ago but cant recall the name. He had 200-300 contacts and didnt want to input them manually one by one.

Can you transfer BB contacts to gMail then get them from 4S?
