BBC iPlayer Full Screen

There is a known issue with 10.7.3, and BBC iPlayer going full screen.
I have this issue, and i want to known more than the useless information provided by the BBC.

Does anyone know when this issue will be sorted. I find playing full screen from the website doesnt work too well (choppy).
