iPod touch BBC iplayer with 2.2

er found another problem here since upgrading to 2.2 firmware. Ipod touch will not play bbc iplayer anymore, when you try to play a video it will show an message saying this program is only available throught wifi connection. i m using wifi so it must be another issue. anyone got this problem too??
