Hi guys, forgive me if this is the wrong forum to post this in.

I've installed Real Player on my new iMac but I can't get the BBC Radio Player to launch for me - I keep getting an error message that says either Real Player or the Real Player Plug-In isn't installed and it asks me to install it. I can't find this 'plug-in' anywhere, I would assume it came with the latest version of Real Player? I'm at a loss what to do

The plug-in is is a part of the RealPlayer application bundle. When you install RealPlayer, an alias pointing to the plug-in is installed in your /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/ folder.

I had this problem too, it seemed to sort itself out after I actually opened up RealPlayer on its own and went through the initial setup. Hope that works!
