Well BBC News 24 is certainly doing their best to cheer-lead for MS...

Apparently Bill is in London for the "event". Gotta say being the world's richest man and all, I wish he'd just look a bit more "cleaned up" :p

To be fair, given the global economy's greater reliance on computing, and by implication Windows, this is a pretty big story. One of the few times when a technology story actually matters.

I'm sure when the first big security story comes out, the BBC will be all over it. The media love nothing more than a virus scare-em-up.

I just hate the announcement as if it was some sort of Second Coming...
