Bd-rebuilder in Lion

I used to be able to process BDMV files by running Bd-rebuilder with VMware in Snow Leopard. Now since upgrading to Lion, I have to copy BDMV files to an external drive for Bd-rebuilder to see them or it will say "Selected source is not BD format". Anyone having the same issue?
