Beamer and missing stretched resolutions

Hi,

I've just upgraded to Mountain Lion and when I connected my MacBookPro to a beamer I noticed that the strechted resulutions are gone? When the computer is now connected to a beamer I have 2 black bars on the left and right side of the screen. Is there any way to get the stretched resolutions back and get rid of the black bars?

Also if I check the checkbox in display settings to show the options for synchronous output nothing happens any more. No icon is displayed in the bar on the top right...

I am having the same problem, I can stretch the screen wallpaper but not the web pages.
