Beat software to convert bluray...

Bluray to DVD. Did some work for a customer he wanted his videos on bluray but now he wants them on dvd. I deleted my original fcpx files and want to convert his bluray to dvd. Whats the beat software for this?

I have handbrake and Roxio Toast 12.

MakeMKV to rip the BluRay and then use the resulting MKV file with Roxio Toast, if can Roxio Toast can work with an MKV.

Using MakeMKV saves transcoding time and further video quality degradation.

And always save projects for at least one year, and masters for much longer.
