Hello,

I first noticed that when I installed iOS 8 beta on my phone. At the time I thought it was because of the beta, but now on the iPhone 6, it still shows my Beatles albums being released in 2010. Also, it switched the order of my albums (for any artist) from most recent (at the top) to earliest (at the bottom), but before it was switched. Anyone know how to fix this?

Did it show a different year before you updated? As far as I know that's been a problems with iTunes for ages. It always goes with the year the CD was produced not when the album was originally recorded, so classic rock albums can be off by a few decades. Same with classical music. My automatically created "90s Music" playlist in iTunes is all sorts of off because of that.

Thanks for your response. Yes in iOS7 it showed the proper release dates for the albums (1963-70) but when I upgraded to iOS 8, they all show 2010 plus the order is messed up.

I restored my 5s and 6 to iOS8.0.2 and its showing me the same issue, so I'm going to guess its a problem with iOS8.
