Beats by Dr Dre question

Hi everyone! I have Beats by Dr Dre(just like on picture bellow).
I was watching Lie to Me TV show and saw Locker using strange cable. Its not a cable. It looks like this is bluetooth transmitter or smth like that. Does anybody knows what is that?
The problem is that now i am seeking for a new cable because i broke the original one.

PS does anybody knows where can i get a new original cable? I live in Russia and nobody sells this headphones here.... Maybe on ebay?

Google is your friend. The Beats website itself has a how-to on this. Apparently it requires a bluetooth adapter, and I can't find any that are as slim as the one in the picture. So, it may not actually exist. http://www.monsterbeatsbydrdre.com/content/21-monster-headphones
