Beats headphones question

We have a pair of the beats headphones from the back to school event. One side of the headphone has stopped functioning. Do we take these back to apple for help? Thanks!
 
How long ago did you get them? If it's within the first year, go to support.apple.com and tell them your story. They SHOULD be able to help you. If it has been over a year, it's 50% for a replacement.
