Beats Powebeats Pro help.

Hello,

Anyone with suggestions would be appreciated. My Powerbeats pro only have one side working. Cant' hear audio out of the other side, buttons do nothing.

I have done the reset, re-connected after forgetting the headphones, ect.

I figured it was a battery issue but it my iPhone can see the non-working earpiece including giving me a battery reading.

Anyone ever come across something like this?

Nope. If you've tried all that without a positive outcome, you should probably consider returning them.

Thanks. They are a few years old, so I'm not going to bother going through without warrantee.
