Beats solo 2 wireless sound decreases whenever I change the song with my iPhone 6 plus?

I've noticed that with the beats solo 2 wireless everyone I change a song in Google music the sound dramatically lowers to the point where I am actually disconnecting it and re pairing every time so I can get the sound level I desire. Is it just me or these are defective? I am running the public beta of ios 9.3.
