I have a iPhone 7 and the new Beats Solo3 wireless. The cable included with the Beats is a 3.5mm at both ends

Is there a cable out there that has 3.5mm male to lightning?

I have never seen that, I think the best you can do is the adapter. The problem is that lightning is digital while 3.5mm is analog, so you need a converter somewhere in there BEFORE the lightning adapter output.

Any particular reason you're intending to use the cable? I have a pair of Solo 3's myself and I have never even removed the included cables from original packaging.

I travel alot. And i was thinking it for the in flight entertainment. But i guess the 3.5mm cable and dongle will have to do.

For in flight entertainment just plug in the regular cable. Then when you want to listen on your phone/iPad again just use wireless even in the flight. I would just get an airline adapter for the 3.5 in case you're stuck on a plane that uses the two prong connection.
