Beats studio pro audio issues

I bought these a few months ago and was relatively pleased with their performance. Unfortunately, I am now getting a loud static sound coming out of the left ear cup. I have tried resetting them, cleaning them, but noise eventually comes back. This only happens when the active noise cancellation is engaged. I have looked on many forms and this seems to be a very common issue with these particular headphones. Before I call Apple support and maybe send them in for a repair, has anyone here experienced this on their beats studio pro? If so, how did you resolve it? Thanks!

Yes I did, and I then had to go to Apple and they replaced it. It should be under warranty if you purchased from Apple.
