Hey, i've just brought some beats headphones and found out there were a lot of fakes going around. I did my own research and the headphones don't seem to show any elements of being fake but i want to get it from someone else that may have a pair. They are the Beats Tour(L-Jack).

1* The writing is neat and doesn't look printed on.
2* Serial number on the jack is clear and neat. It reads: A..A14B
8* I do have a smaller set also but lent them out. The all came in one bag.

Thank you for taking your time to offer some advise.

Here are my fake ones, you compare. I paid $13 shipped from a online website.

The box your showing is the box the fake beats come in, but i dont know. I have seen some real good fakes and some sloppy fakes.

I wouldnt trust buying online from anyone, unless its BestBuy or something, my brother in law has the Solo HD Beats and i have a knockoff version of them, you cant tell them apart at all, both sound the same and look, i think someone is working overtime over in china at the factory.;)

Sorry about the picture quality, the wife is asleep. :D

I'm afraid those are fake, I know because I bought exactly the same fake model, I have the same serial number A..A14B, I think the best way for checking if they are fake it's trying to register them on the beats webpage, I failed obviously, because as I said we have exactly the same SN, but at least they sound great! The only difference I've found it's that the real ones have a better noise canceling and they come with more earbud sizes.

Wow, sucks buying a fake, unless you got a great deal, then it's great if it works well

Definitely fake.. got the same set for about $10.. but as the other posters mentioned. they do sound pretty good.

I want to find some fake beats headphones that sound good, I hate ear buds though so I definitely need headphones

yes more details on fake beats! i want some!

Don't support those scammers!

Often they are send from China and will get an extra look from customs, and may get confiscated. The import of counterfeits is illegal in many countries and a "oh sorry I didn't know" it not a mitigating factor when you are in legal trouble.
