RAM has definitely gone up too. If you are looking for upgrades. Do so now. Production was interrupted for a long time in tech terms. I believe we're just seeing the first few ripples of a wave. Which will take quite a while to settle back down.
Other times when there have been supply issues. It's taken a year or more for prices to come down. Prices went up a lot.
At least this time it was a controlled shutdown. Not some disaster wiping out a factory. There aren't many actual chip fabs. Maybe it'll settle down faster. But I expect prices to go up for now.
