Hello, new to the forum, and just starting to do some research into transitioning into a career ( part time) as an on call tech/consultant for APPLE specifically.
I'm a long time mac user, not a wiz by any stretch, but fluent with quite a few apps, I'm a decent trouble shooter, and enjoy tinkering.
Is there anyone here that works as a Mac tech, perhaps with an Apple sanctioned store, or for Apple proper, that would be willing to answer a few questions? Perhaps give an overview of how to get on the path towards employability in this regard?
