iPhone 7/Plus Bedtime/DND mode weather report

I recently enabled the bedtime mode in the Do Not Disturb mode on my iPhone 7 running iOS 12.1.2. Since then I have noticed that the first time I check my phone after waking up I am shown the weather report.

I have already uninstalled the weather app that came preinstalled and other than “Find my iPhone” every setting in privacy that can see my location is disabled.

So how is DND bedtime mode able to show me the local weather every time?
