I noticed that my ability to surf the internet got really slow, and i dont think it has anything to do with my connection, which is at full bars. and when i went to facebook it showed me a screen saying i had to much output, or that my computer was infected with a worm. i downloaded clamxav, and that didnt do anything. i looked around the forum, to no avail. on activity monitor my data sent is under a kb, received about 15 kb. Argh! pages take a long time to load, and they never did before... for any help, or direction to a forum i might have overlooked, would be greatly appreciated!

It seems like it's likely one of those bogus ads that attempts to look like an actual window saying you have a virus. I wouldn't worry about it. But a screenshot would help in identifying it.
