So I've been updating from beta to beta via OTA, but I am out of town for a week or so and won't be back until the 20th, at which point the official iOS 7 build will have been pushed out.

Question: I know that for the GM to be installed, you need to have a beta version of iTunes, etc.

BUT... if I wait and just update to iOS 7 once its officially released, will I need to install the GM first, or can I update directly from iOS 7 Beta to iOS 7 final.
(I'm assuming when iOS 7 is pushed, so will a new version of iTunes).

Sadly, I am a developer (nothing too exciting), but I never took the time to learn about how iOS updates are pushed out (I should probably do so...)

You can't update from the Beta channel to the Public Release channel.
