Has this happened to anyone else? Thinking about going to get an exchange but just wanna get some feedback on here first.

Thanks.

I have the new iPhone 5S for ATT and lately noticed that when I am on a phone call I hear a beeping sound. It's almost as like the other person is pressing a button.

My 62 year old mother is not very good with phones. She accidently presses buttons on her phone all the time while she's talking to me. Unless you know for sure the other person isn't doing this, I wouldn't jump to thinking there's an issue with your phone.

It happens to often for it to be someone pressing a button. I even ask if someone is pressing a button they say no. Just saying.

Was just on hold with Best Buy for 15mins and during that 15minute wait, I heard the beeping sound 4 times.

Regular intervals?
Random?
Is someone calling you?
Do you have a reminder or snooze alarm set?
Are you getting an email or text?

Random yes
No someone is not calling me
No reminders or alarm set
No email and text ( Vibrates when I do )

what does the beep sound like? (not sure how you can describe a sound and make it universally understood, but is there a similar beep out there that we can relate it to?)

Does it sound like a touch tone beep (DTMF)? I sometimes I have problems with my VOIP phone system (Vonage, OOMA) where it translates a high (usually female) voice to a tone. Basically it sounds like someone is pressing a button on the phone. I've heard Google Voice sometimes has problems like this.

Just my guess.

bryancee - you a drug dealer, or something else that starts with a T?

Sounds to me like you've gotten on someone's radar - right or wrong - shtuff happens.

Maybe you belong there, maybe you don't.

Guess we won't find out.
