The robber, known for his bulging midsection, hit a bank on Tuesday, pulling a gun on two tellers.

Ok, so this guy has been holding up banks for a while and the police still haven't caught him? And he has a skin condition that makes his skin look bleached on parts of his arms and hands?

I think the bigger story here is how this guy manages to evade the police.
