I need to reformat my USB flash drive to use solely on my Windows 7 PC. The mai issue is that it leave mac partition on the drive that i cannot seem to get rid of.

I have tried using disk utility to erase and create a single MS-DOs partition but it still leave a 200MB mac partition that separates the drive... Thanks in advance here

You gotta go to the partitions tab inside Disk Utility (When you select a Hard Drive) and click on the - Button to delete the partition...

You might also need to click "Options" in Disk Utility and change to MBR. You should be able to do the same thing somehow from Windows, but I'm not sure how to do it.
