macOS Beginner to Xcode

Hi guys,

I am new to Xcode and dont know how to write the subscribed code type.
I have an idea for a really good simple news app. Rather than learn how to write code on the program, is there any easy fix way of producing a simple news style app (example - http://itunes.apple.com/au/app/the-onion/id363618575?mt=8) or does it cost money to get my hands on a simple ready made template???

any help would be great.
