Beginners Q: Bookmarks in Safari

Hi all,

I'm now using Safari as my main browser and, despite not being 100% dumb, can't quite get my head around Bookmarks.

I want to add different folders into the dropdown list but they never seem to appear.

I've been clicking 'Add Bookmark Folder' yet the folder never appears in the list. I can see it if I go into 'Show All Bookmarks', but it's hardly handy having to do that.

Am I missing something?

If you meant the Bookmarks Bar with "dropdown list":

Decide on which bookmarks you want to have located on Safari's tool bar and drag those links into the 'Bookmarks Bar' folder.
