Behind a firewall from hospital bed...

I am wi-fi connected from a hospital bed in Orlando trying to connect to Yahoo games (Hearts). When at the point where the connection to the (games) server should happen i get this message: "Unable to connect to server. You are behind a firewall." Is there anything 'simple' i can do to make the connection. Given my present health condition i find it difficult to cocentrate so i need a plain language solution if there is one. I 'am' able to follow instructions (step by step). Thanks for any help you can offer... shovel

I'm not familiar with the game, but the likely case is that an IT person would need to open a port in the hospital's firewall. This isn't likely to happen. There may be a different website that offers a game you can play:
