Greetings years ago I purchased a PowerMac G3 Beige(Rom 3) and over the years I have upgraded it to a PowerLogic G4, added ATA-133 card Maxtor 60GB Drive, Radeon PCI Mac Edition, and for long time ran fine with 9.2.2 and mostly Leopard 10.2 Well recently I decided it was time to modernize some and rebuild so I wiped the drive, partitioned it so the first 7.6GB would contain OS 9.2.2 and 10.4. I have XPostFacto 4 installed as well, and whenever I try to boot the 10.4 DVD it drops into a OpenFirmware prompt where if I type in Bye it will boot OS9 and BOOT will say something about not being supported. If I remove the video card I can proceed to boot the DVD and install OSX. If I pop the video card back in and attempt to boot from the OSX from the HDD same issue. I had no problems running 10.2 on here, but xPostFacto isn't very happy.
