I didn't quite understood what you mean, my first generation iPod can't have apps except for the one it already includes, i can't uplode them, no one can on 1rst gen am i right? But i heard of ppl that hacked theirs so that they could use it as if it was a newer generation to ad new applications and stuff like that...thanks!

What firmware are you using? (Settings > General > About)

Firmware versions 3.0 and above can install official App Store apps.

Just upgrade to 3.1.3 I know for a fact that a 1st gen touch can do that as my roommate has my old 1st gen with 3.1.3 on it and you can install all the apps you want from the app store.

Right, there is no hacking required. Just connect to iTunes, click your iPod in the sidebar, and click the "Update" button. You'll be offered an upgrade to OS 3, which I think costs US$10, and allows access to the App Store.
