Belkin 3 in 1 Magsafe Charge Failed

My brand new Belkin 3 in 1 MagSafe already has a failure. The watch Magsafe and Airpod Pro chargers work, but the iPhone charge no longer charges, with or without my Apple MagSafe case. Pretty expensive product for this kind of quality.

My mophie charger occasionally would not charge. The charging indicator light would not even go on. I was told it could be solved by turning off the phone and restarting it, that it is a common problem. That worked for me every time. You might try it.

yeah, i agree, it might be your iPhone. there’s a known bug.

Oh wow that sucks. I would definitely return it. Perhaps you got a defective unit. Sometimes in the rush to get a new product to market stuff sneaks past QC.

Known bug. Wireless Qi and Magsafe charging will work intermittently with the only way to get them working again is by powering the iPhone 12 series phone off then on or rebooting.

Same thing happened to my wife's iPhone 12 Pro Max with the OEM magsafe puck. It just would not charge suddenly... a reboot fixed it.
