expect the Harddrive any Pros and cons are to be discussed

and I am looking to use VOIP also.

any good takers on both machines

You're hardly comparing like with like. The Belkin is a router, Time capsule is a Wireless access point/medium-spec router with NAS. If you need the storage, there's no contest, if you don't need the storage, why are you looking at the Belkin?

I agree, the two machines are very different. if you need the NAS function of time machine, go with it. Otherwise you should compare the N1 to the airport extreme. Both of those have the same MSRP.

With time capsule you also get a USB port to share printers and more external hard-drives, and of-course you get an internal "server grade" drive.

The N1 is also limited to 16 wireless users while time capsule can handle up to 50.
