iPod Belkin Tunebase FM

I just obtained a tunebase fm for my ipod mini from buy.com for thirty bucks. Is it safe to keep the tunebase in the car? (not in regards of someone breaking in, but in the sense of blowing the thing out by starting my car).

Why would there be a problem? If you're really worried, just pull it out first, but unless you've got a really crappy car, it won't even come close to doing anything to it.
