Belkin Tunesync + iPhone/iPod Touch

I'm having problems syncing my iPod Touch through Belkin's Tunesync. Has anyone been able to sync their iPhone or iPod Touch through Tunesync or are they simply not compatible?

Can anyone recommend a similar product that works well with the iPod Touch (i.e. an iPod Touch compatible dock with USB ports)?

Still looking for answers... Resetting it SOMETIMES solves the problem for a little while but it returns. I also find the same problem if I try to sync the iPod Touch with an older sync cable.

I have had no problems connecting my iPod touch with the TuneSync (same model as in your link), so it is compatible. The only slight problem is that there isn't a dedicated adapter for it to sit in. I just used the thinnest one available.
